We inform you that the data controller is Big Blue Marble Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań, at Pl. Wiosny Ludów 2, 61-831 (hereinafter referred to as the Controller). You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The applicants personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process. Providing the data required under the Polish Labour Code of 26 June 1974 is mandatory. In all other respects, providing data is voluntary. Refusal to provide the mandatory data may result in the inability to conduct the recruitment process. The Controller processes mandatory data on the basis of its legal obligation, while in the case of additional data, the legal basis for processing is the applicants consent. Personal data will be processed until the completion of the recruitment procedure and for the period during which any potential claims may be pursued, and in the case of consent to participate in future recruitment procedures, for a period of 24 months until such consent is withdrawn. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time.
